As Project Controls, your key responsibilities will be to independently work with operations to ensure efficient and effective budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination processes along with ensuring goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed parameters. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and training new employees on standard procedures while fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement.

What it takes?- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; 7+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination
- Knowledge of accounting principles and business operations
- Project cost analysis experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with project management and cost control systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to interpret data to drive process improvements
- Collaboration and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently under deadlines
- Occasional travel to project sites
