Full Job Description
PC Lead: Field Change & Risk Lead to support client operations in Clay, New York, leading the evaluation and control of field changes, cost impacts, and risk exposure across a multi-billion-dollar semiconductor manufacturing program.

Position Overview:

  • This role will serve as the primary control point for all change management and risk governance activities on site. The position will evaluate contractor change orders, validate entitlement, and ensure rigorous control of cost and schedule impacts while maintaining the integrity of contingency and reserves.

  • This role requires a strong commercial mindset with the ability to independently challenge contractor positions and provide data-driven recommendations to project leadership.
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline required

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in cost engineering, change management, and contract administration on large capital projects

  • Strong expertise in analyzing variation orders, claims, and commercial impacts

  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, including Monte Carlo simulations and schedule risk analysis

  • Deep understanding of contingency management, including contractor contingency vs. owner management reserve

  • Experience working in owner's representative or oversight roles preferred
