Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project controls or cost management, ideally within EPC or Oil and Gas sectors.
• Degree in engineering or construction management may substitute for experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools is essential.
• Strong communication skills for effective information sharing.
• Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of work independently and within teams.
• Capacity to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project cost reports weekly for internal and client use.
• Create labor progress reports and track indirect labor, rental equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Support change management processes, including managing change orders and budget adjustments.
• Conduct timely analysis and mitigation planning to address unexpected cost impacts.
• Engage in regular reviews of cost control deliverables with project teams.
• Assist in monthly cost forecasting for project reports.
• Maintain project budgets using tracking tools.
• Conduct payroll coding audits and ensure data accuracy through regular audits.
