As a Project- Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the foreign investment analysis team, you will be responsible for...
  • Conducting open-source research and analysis of foreign investment transactions and companies that may present national security risks
  • Assessing transaction impacts related to protected technology, sensitive data, proximity, and supply assurance
  • Preparing analyses and recommendations for Department of Defense stakeholders and the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States review process
  • Coordinating with defense stakeholders, technical specialists, and other government partners to identify mitigation requirements
  • Supporting the development, documentation, and monitoring of mitigation and national security agreement requirements

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required
  • 1+ years of experience conducting open-source research and analysis of foreign investment transactions, companies, or ownership structures
  • 1+ years of experience assessing national security risks involving protected technology, sensitive data, proximity, or supply assurance
  • 1+ years of experience preparing written analyses, findings, or recommendations for government, defense, or regulatory stakeholders
  • 1+ years of experience coordinating with Department of Defense stakeholders, technical subject matter specialists, or interagency partners
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $147,600.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
