commercial architecture projects from design through construction, coordinating clients, consultants, contractors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage commercial projects through design and construction phases.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Manage schedules, budgets, deliverables, and documentation.
- Coordinate permitting, entitlements, and plan-check approvals.
- Resolve technical, design, and construction issues.
- Review drawings and project documents for accuracy and quality.
- Mentor and support project team members.
Requirements:- 5+ years of commercial architectural project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Architectural license preferred.
- Experience managing commercial projects, consultants, clients, and contractors.
- Knowledge of building codes, permitting, entitlements, and CEQA.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
