What You'll Work On- Develop and enhance Tactical Signature Guidance (TSG) systems, including sonar TDAs across multiple production code baselines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software challenges while contributing innovative solutions.
- Learn and apply new programming languages and technologies, with mentorship and support from experienced teammates.
- Occasionally support hardware system configuration and build-out, gaining exposure to full system integration.

Primary Responsibilities- Work collaboratively in an integrated team environment supporting a large-scale program.
- Own and deliver software solutions in Java, React, C++, and other modern languages.
- Learn and apply new technologies (e.g., Angular, Rust, Scala) to meet evolving needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with efficient solutions.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and support urgent requests when needed.
- Communicate clearly with teammates, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Travel occasionally to Manassas, VA for integration and team collaboration.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution in Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or Computer Science or other degree that provides software development expertise equivalent to standard computer science curriculum
- Experience: Approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- Designing and developing real-time acoustic signal processing algorithms
- Building parallel processing solutions
- Working with microservices
- Developing software for signal processing, real-time data analysis, or visualization/simulation systems
- Clearance: Must be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
- Certification: Must be willing to earn an IAT Level I (or higher) certification after hire (company-supported)
