Overview

Position: Title: Program Scheduler EVMS Analyst L1
Location: Kirtland AFB- Albuquerque New Mexico 87117

$110,000 to $125,000

Job Summary:

Tutulu LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Program Scheduler/EVMS Analyst L1 position. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented group of individuals committed to driving success.

As a Program Scheduler/EVMS Analyst Level 1, you will be responsible for supporting the program scheduling and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) team. The candidate will assist with the creation and maintenance of detailed program schedules. Key responsibilities will include data entry, running pre-defined reports, and learning the fundamentals of scheduling and EVMS. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills in project management support within a structured environment.

Skills/Experience Required:
• Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility
• 3+ years relevant DoD work with practical hands-on experience
• At least 9 months experience in a SAP and or SCI environment and worked in this environment within the last five years
• May be required to consent to and successfully complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn MS Project and other scheduling software
• Works well independently and as part of a team under general supervision
• Assists in analyzing project schedules to provide status updates
• Helps maintain the program master schedule for active projects
• Follows and helps update existing processes and procedures for schedule management
• Helps gather data for schedule and EVMS reporting.
• Learns to understand and apply basic scheduling principles.
• Learns the fundamentals of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Attends program and schedule reviews to take notes and learn the process.
• Communicates with the project team to keep them informed on key issues
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education/Certifications:
• Associate's Degree and/or work towards a BA/BS Degree
• Relevant work experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree

Security Clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.

Occasional use of a government vehicle as needed.

USD $110,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.
