The Quality Assurance organization has an opportunity for you to join the GTF Program Quality Management team.
In this role, you will lead and support dynamic activities on a growing commercial engine program. Activities will engage customers, internal organizations, and internal and external producers driven to high levels of Quality performance related to product development, certification, and production.
What You Will Do:- Understands and communicate the 'voice of the customer' (externally and internally) in decisions affecting quality and performance.
- Work with functional groups to help define and establish quality and process improvements.
- Utilizes PPAP core elements (PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow and Control Plans, etc.) to identify risks and propose mitigation solutions.
- Maintain quality metrics and reports, customer scorecards, corrective actions, updating and publishing weekly and monthly quality reports.
- Identify production, delivery risks; ensure implementation of effective RCCA.
- Provide recommendations, support CIPT on targets for product safety, performance, quality/manufacturability, reliability, service life.
Qualifications You Must Have:- Bachelor's Degree in a technical, business or quality field or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
- Potential domestic and international travel required (up to 15%).
Qualifications We Prefer:- Strong Project Management skills.
- Knowledge of the P&W Quality Management System.
- Working knowledge of complex engine component and assemblies.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
