*Note: This position is for a future program that has not been awarded yet.*ProSync is seeking a passionate Program/Project Manager II to oversee day-to-day project execution supporting a U.S. Navy customer, managing schedules, deliverables, and team coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIESLeads program management activities for a U.S. Navy customer, supporting program deliverables, project schedules, milestones, documentation, compliance, and communication.
Performs one or a combination of such typical duties as:
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and communications.
- Ensure deliverables meet requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with Navy and contractor staff.
- Support risk management and performance tracking.
Requirements- 10+ years of project/program management experience.
- Experience leading teams in a DoD or Navy environment.
- A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS- A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
