StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman in Patuxent River MD . The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset and the ability to effectively evaluate and support program requirements, status tracking, budgeting, and scheduling. The Program Analyst will play a key role in coordinating data-driven efforts and ensuring adherence to government processes and standards. The Program Analyst, Journeyman will be responsible for but not limited to the following requirements.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
  • Identifies, collects, manages and reports all Government property and material inventories in support of engineering, manufacturing, development, production, procurement, sustainment and maintenance efforts
  • Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
  • Performs management, technical, and business case analyses.
  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules.
  • Contract documentation generation and review
  • Financial/Acquisition documentation generation and review

Experience Requirements:
  • A minimum of years of 3 to 10 years professional experience in the desired field of experience.
  • At least (1) year of NAVAIR identification, collection, management and reporting of all Government property and material inventories in the program management, technical, and business analysis discipline, related to acquisition and life cycle management.

Education Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in a business, management, or technical discipline.
  • Allowable Substitution:
    • Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
    • Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree

Security Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $74,000.00 - $112,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets. Eligible part-time employees are able to participate in the 401(k) retirement plans and may be eligible for state or contract required paid time off programs.
