  • Define program objectives, success metrics, roadmaps, milestones, financial plans, governance routines, and executive reporting aligned to business and technology priorities.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, blockers, and delivery impediments to maintain momentum and achieve committed outcomes.
  • Coordinate engineering, product, architecture, risk, operations, and business partners to ensure work is properly sequenced, tracked, and delivered.
  • Maintain program documentation, decision records, delivery artifacts, and communications that support transparency, accountability, and effective execution.
  • Ensure program delivery aligns with enterprise standards, regulatory commitments, technology investments, and Treasury business priorities.

Agile Coaching & Continuous Improvement
  • Coach delivery teams, leaders, product owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Lean practices, DevSecOps ways of working, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote outcome-based delivery, team accountability, data-driven decision making, and product-centric operating practices.
  • Identify and implement improvements that strengthen team effectiveness, collaboration, planning discipline, and organizational agility.

Stakeholder & Communication Management
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between Treasury business partners, technology leaders, and delivery teams.
  • Translate complex technical work into clear, business-focused communications, program updates, recommendations, and decision materials for senior audiences.
  • Drive alignment across technology, finance, risk, operations, architecture, and business stakeholders to support timely decisions and effective execution.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and leadership to proactively resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers.

Technology Delivery & Governance
  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and modern Treasury Technology solutions.
  • Monitor program health through delivery metrics, performance indicators, financial tracking, operational KPIs, and qualitative delivery insights.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise governance, risk management, cybersecurity, compliance, audit, and regulatory expectations.
  • Drive modernization, cloud adoption, automation, data platform enhancements, and operational efficiency initiatives that advance Treasury Technology capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 7 years experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to coach delivery teams, product owners, and stakeholders on Agile practices, continuous improvement, and outcome-based delivery.
  • Strong program management discipline, including roadmap planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, executive reporting, and delivery governance across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience supporting Treasury, Finance, Capital Markets, Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, banking technology, or core financial services platforms.
  • Experience managing technology financials, budgets, forecasts, and capitalizable investments to support accountable program delivery.
  • Ability to translate complex technical work into clear business impacts, recommendations, and executive-level communications that enable timely decisions.
