Full Job Description
Optimizes Operations results by identifying and analyzing business requirements and operations; conducting performance studies; identifying key business metrics; developing and calibrating analytical, recommending process improvement priorities; identifying low-cost designs, materials, processes, and sources; evaluating new technologies. Lead and mentor lower level Analysts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assesses adequacy of current processing operations by identifying and analyzing business requirements and operations; conducting performance studies; interviewing and conferring with operations personnel.
Determines processing performance measures by identifying key business metrics; conducting benchmarking initiatives; developing and calibrating analytical, comparing operational models.
Contributes to processing and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results. Lead and mentor lower level Analysts.
Identifies opportunities for processing operational improvements by analyzing current operations; preparing cost/benefit analyses; developing business cases; recommending process improvement priorities.
Supports process improvement programs by providing continuing measurements, analyses, and recommendations; developing new business models; identifying low-cost designs, materials, processes, and sources; evaluating new technologies.
Maintains processing operations guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
Prepares processing operations analysis information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Education Details: Business Administration or related field
Experience: 4 years progressive experience as a Functional Analyst OR
6 years experience in (level 2 or above) operational role.

In Lieu of Education
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
10+ years experience in an operations role preferred
