Job Description:

Program Operations Specialist

Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Program Analyst . Here, you'll see the bigger picture on mission initiatives and where your program management career can go at GDIT.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Program Analyst you will play a crucial role in execution of the program management office (PMO) of a critical development contract for the United State Government.
• Resource the contract with the people, hardware, software required to complete the mission
• Collaborate with Program Manager, senior leadership, subcontractors, and customers
• Ensure compliance with lab, security, and inventory compliance and policy

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Program Analyst must have:
• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Experience: 2+ years of related experience (4 additional years can be substituted for a BA/BS)
• Technical skills: Familiarity with MPO, DoD, etc. enterprise tools and policies, such as ARCHIBUS, MDATs, LCAT qualifications. Proficiency with MS Office products.
• Security clearance level: Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required
• US citizenship required
• Working towards PMP preferred
• Role requirements:

Demonstrated expertise in three or more of the following:
  • End to End procurement, inventory, and disposition lifecycle, and proficiency with customer processes, and systems
  • Project Management
  • Finance Oversight and Planning
  • Agile Schedule Planning and familiarity with Atlassian Suite tools
  • Contract Deliverables


Desired skills/Willingness to Grow in the following:
  • People Management
  • Proposal Development/Estimation
  • Customer/Government ATO process for Information Systems


The likely salary range for this position is $157,250 - $212,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
