The EA-37B Compass Call Program Manager manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a program in the test and evaluation phase of development. These responsibilities go hand-in-hand with driving to achieve our financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. The successful candidate will lead by example, foster an inclusive and collaborative culture, and maintain our unwavering commitment to ethical behavior, safety and security.

Required Skills and Education- Proven program management experience leading medium-sized development programs
- Outstanding customer relationship skills
- Experience executing programs using earned value management techniques and metrics

- Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders and customers
- Strong business acumen
- Active Top Secret clearance and SCI/SAP eligible
Preferred Skills and Education- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience managing complex subcontracts
- Active SCI/SAP clearances
- Prior experience in engineering, especially for complex system integration
- Experience leading programs as a program manager in all phases of the product life cycle (development, production, sustainment)
- Agile development experience
- Capture leadership experience
