Job DescriptionMust have experience leading large programs consisting of 50-100 projects end-to-end and Fraud domain experience is mandatory.
- Strong IT program/project management and customer-facing delivery experience
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills
- Good understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management skills
- Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage geographically distributed teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, or similar tools
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus
Mandatory Skills: Program Management.
Experience: 8-10 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
