Full Job Description
What You'll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team

  • Coordinate project activities across teams, vendors, and business units to ensure alignment with program timelines and deliverables
  • Manage RAID log, follow up on open items with stakeholders to ensure proper decisions are made timely and risks are mitigated.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status documentation using project management tools
  • Create and manage tracking documents, dashboards, and reports in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings; prepare agendas, notes, and action item tracking
  • Create and distribute weekly/biweekly status reports, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Support project leads with administrative tasks: document management, scheduling, resource coordination, and shared workspace organization
  • Manage project communications to stakeholders at varying levels; escalate blockers and risks proactively
  • Track deliverables, acceptance criteria, and milestone completions against project baselines
  • Support change management processes and documentation as directed
  • Identify and flag risks, dependencies, and issues; recommend mitigation strategies


What You Should Have to Qualify

  • 5-7 years of program management, program coordination, or related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams in parall
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive) and Google Workspace collaboration tools
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing priorities


Ideally, You Would Also Have These

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • PMP is a plus
