Full Job Description
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of multiple security technology programs within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, sales, Finance and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery of our security solutions to our clients. You will be a key driver in achieving program objectives, ensuring quality, managing risks, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  1. Program Planning and Execution:
    • Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to define program objectives and requirements.
    • Monitor and track progress of programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
    • Must have a strong financial background and excel at managing budgets, conducting revenue forecasting, and overseeing invoicing and collections processes with precision and expertise.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing issues to maintain program momentum.
    • Manage program dependencies and facilitate effective communication across teams.
    • As a program manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating projects across multiple locations, necessitating occasional travel to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder engagement.
  2. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, and sales teams to align program objectives with business goals.
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and client to ensure program success.
    • Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth program execution.
  3. Resource Management:
    • Identify and allocate appropriate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support program activities.
    • Manage and monitor resource utilization, adjusting as necessary to ensure optimal efficiency.
  1. Program Quality and Delivery:
    • Establish and enforce program management best practices and standards.
    • Conduct regular program reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure that all program deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Implement effective change management processes to address program scope changes and requirements.
    • Regularly engage with customers to ensure their utmost satisfaction, actively participating in meetings, surveying project progress, and addressing their needs throughout the entire development lifecycle.

    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program progress, milestones, and risks.

Pay Range

$130,000-$150,000 USD
