About the Role

Culmen International is hiring a Program Manager (Task Order) to provide leadership, oversight, and management for a complex federal contract supporting psychological health and military health initiatives. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact with the Government, ensuring successful execution of all task order requirements, deliverables, staffing, quality assurance, and performance objectives.

What You'll Do in Your New Role

In this role, you will oversee contractor personnel, monitor project performance, manage schedules and deliverables, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure contractual compliance across all areas of program execution. The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight, risk management, and operational guidance to ensure mission success.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of full-time experience serving as a contract Program Manager overseeing contracts or task orders of similar size, complexity, and scope.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage contractor personnel, resources, and contract deliverables.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer engagement skills.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a federal contracting environment preferred.
