Job Title: Program Manager Posting Start Date: 10/2/26 Job Description: Job Overview We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and collaborative Program Manager to join TE Connectivity's Digital Center of Excellence (Digital COE) and lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that modernize and evolve our digital ecosystem. The Digital COE partners across TE to bring together digital strategy, capabilities, data, and technology to improve how we serve our customers and enable our businesses. In this role, you will orchestrate large-scale, multi-year digital programs spanning business units, functions, regions, and technology platforms. You will translate strategy into executable roadmaps, connect interdependent workstreams, establish strong governance, and create the visibility and accountability needed to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with Digital COE leadership to shape program strategy and frameworks while partnering with teams across the organization that lead execution within their respective areas. Success requires the ability to bring structure to ambiguity, anticipate risks and dependencies, influence across functions, and communicate effectively from working teams through executive leadership. Job Requirements • Program Strategy & Planning • Lead the planning and orchestration of complex, multi-year digital programs aligned with enterprise and Digital COE strategy. • Translate strategic objectives into integrated program roadmaps, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes. • Support the development of program strategies, business cases, investment plans, and leadership recommendations. • Ensure technology, data, process, business readiness, and organizational considerations are integrated into program planning and sequencing. • Maintain a holistic view across the program, connecting decisions, dependencies, and activities across teams and workstreams. • Program Delivery, Governance & Risk Management • Establish and manage program governance, operating rhythms, decision forums, and escalation paths. • Coordinate across project and workstream leads to drive progress against scope, milestones, budget, dependencies, and expected outcomes. • Proactively identify program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints and drive timely mitigation and resolution. • Monitor overall program health and recommend adjustments to scope, sequencing, resources, or approach as needed. • Create transparency and accountability across workstreams to enable timely decisions and successful delivery. • Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Drive alignment across Digital, IT, Marketing, Product, Segments, Business Units, and other enterprise functions. • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and create clarity around priorities, decisions, responsibilities, and outcomes. • Lead cross-functional working sessions, governance meetings, and executive reviews. • Translate complex program information into clear, actionable communications and recommendations for a range of audiences. • Understand business priorities and connect them to program capabilities, decisions, and outcomes. • Influence without direct authority to drive decisions, accountability, and progress across a highly matrixed organization. • Business Readiness & Adoption Strategy • Partner with Digital COE leadership to define the overall business readiness and adoption strategy for major digital programs. • Ensure business readiness is integrated into program strategy, roadmaps, sequencing, and decision-making. • Partner closely with the Digital Operations & Governance team, which leads execution of business readiness, change communications, enablement, and adoption activities. • Provide the program context, priorities, timelines, and dependencies needed to support effective execution. • Monitor readiness and adoption as components of overall program health, identifying risks and gaps and partnering with the appropriate teams to address them. • Define and track program KPIs and success measures tied to business outcomes, adoption, efficiency, and customer experience. • Develop dashboards, executive summaries, decision materials, and reporting that provide clear visibility into program progress and health. • Provide transparent reporting on milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, decisions, and outcomes. • Use data and insights to identify areas requiring intervention and support informed decision-making. • Maintain clear and current program documentation. • Financial & Vendor Management • Manage program budgets, forecasts, investment tracking, and financial reporting. • Partner with Finance and program leaders to understand investment needs, tradeoffs, and financial impacts. • Support vendor selection, RFPs, contracting, and ongoing vendor management in partnership with appropriate internal teams. What your background should look like • 10-12 years of experience in program management, digital transformation, or related roles within a large, complex organization. • Proven experience leading complex, multi-year, cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders and global teams. • Experience with large-scale digital, marketing technology, or customer experience modernization initiatives. • Strong program management capabilities across strategy, planning, governance, risk, dependencies, budgets, and executive reporting. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive accountability across matrixed teams. • Strong business acumen and ability to connect digital investments and capabilities to measurable business and customer outcomes Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers) COMPENSATION • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $125,000 - $160,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location) • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
