Job Summary

This opportunity is open to all interested candidates.

BASIC FUNCTION:

The Program Manager, Teaching and Learning will coordinate and manage special projects within the assigned department, including academic and behavioral interventions and supports; facilitate cross departmental functions, communication, and collaboration to support effective implementation of key instructional initiatives leading to college and career readiness for all students.

In addition to the qualifications below, the Assessment Services Department is seeking a Program Manager, Teaching and Learning who possesses:

-Leadership in Professional Learning: Experience leading professional learning for diverse audiences, including teachers, site administrators, and district leadership.

-Assessment & Data Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in early literacy screening, data analysis, and using assessment results to inform instructional decision-making.

-MTSS Implementation: Deep understanding of implementing data-driven practices within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework across K-12 settings.
