Your Role

The Strategic Planning and Performance team develops long-term strategies, annual plans, and supports tracking and reporting performance for Middle Markets and Small Business lines of business. The Program Manager, Senior - Middle Markets and Small Business will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Planning & Performance. This role requires a strong track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional partners, developing clear and concise executive-facing and/or market-facing reporting, and leveraging foundational analytic skills- with a demonstrated appetite to continue to deepen analytic capabilities - to deliver reporting and insights that support sales performance and growth.

Responsibilities

Your Work

In this role, you will:
  • Direct small-scale, complex programs/projects that may involve multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the development and implementation of process of company's projects involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on delivery of new or existing internal/external programs and/or products
  • Validate financial forecasts and provide on-going reconciliation of resources and other related program expenditures
  • Define and track program milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
  • Define business requirements and provide analysis to improve line of business performance
  • Support analysis of data and development/preparation of reports for Sales teams and various levels of management
  • Partner with key enterprise partners to formulate data-driven business opportunities that support operational improvements
  • Build strong relationships and develop a deep understanding of line of business needs to effectively advocate priorities and requirements across the enterprise


Qualifications

Your Knowledge and Experience
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Requires foundational analytic skills (Excel), with motivation to deepen technical expertise
  • Requires experience developing executive-facing and/or market-facing materials
  • Requires strong organization skills with attention to details
  • Requires experience building strong working relationships with sales teams and/or business partners
  • Health plan experience preferred


Hybrid

This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.

Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.

Physical Requirements:

Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork - Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of work day.
