Description

A newly established joint program office is standing up an enterprise capability that has to work across commands, service components, and a wide field of stakeholders, and it needs one senior leader who can keep delivery on track while advising government leadership at the same time. The Red Gate Group is seeking a Program Manager to support a Department of Defense intelligence customer as the senior contractor interface to the government program office and the Contracting Officer's Representative. You will plan, organize, and control program delivery across all assigned projects, owning schedules, work standards, staffing, and the delivery of contractual items.

Beyond delivery, this is an advisory seat. You will evaluate complex program requirements and developments and provide government leadership with guidance, decisive resolutions, and expert advice. You will perform enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interface with other functional systems and stakeholder organizations, and you will manage program issues related to personnel, funding, and deliverables while communicating policies and status to the government.

You Have
• 12+ years of program management or senior IT program advisory experience, including recent experience within the last 2 years. This experience requirement is firm and cannot be met through education or certifications.
• Master's degree in a related field, or one of the following in its place: an Associate's degree in a related field and 4 additional years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 additional years of relevant experience, or 6 additional years of relevant experience. The additional years used in place of the degree are on top of the 12 year experience requirement above, not counted within it.

In plain terms: with a Master's you need 12 years, with a Bachelor's 14, with an Associate's 16, and with no degree 18.
