Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented
Program Manager to join our team! The Program Manager will lead the execution of the Radar Division contract, ensuring all program objectives, deliverables, and milestones are met on time and within budget. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for the government customer and will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex defense contracts, a strong background in radar systems or related technology, and exceptional leadership skills.
What You'll Be Doing:- Oversee all aspects of the Radar Division contract, including planning, execution, and delivery of program objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all program requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed to address risks, issues, or changes in scope.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Parsons and the government customer, ensuring clear communication and alignment with contract requirements.
- Prepare and deliver program status reports, briefings, and presentations to stakeholders, including senior leadership and government representatives
- Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and mission objectives.
- Oversee engineering and program management support for radar development, deployment, and sustainment efforts.
- Support the development and implementation of radar technologies, including Counter Target Acquisition (CTA), Air Surveillance (AS), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), and Moving Target Indicator (MTI) systems.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal regulations, policies, and procedures, including security requirements for classified information.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing complex defense contracts, with at least 5 years of experience in ISR related technologies
- Demonstrated experience in program management, including budget management, scheduling, and risk management.
- Strong understanding of the DoD acquisition lifecycle and federal contracting regulations (FAR/DFARS).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:- Experience working with radar systems, signal processing, or related technologies, including CTA, AS, SAR, and MTI systems.
- Knowledge of MATLAB, Python, or other technical tools used in radar development.
Security Clearance Requirement:An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
