You will lead cross-site engagement programs, conduct structured assessments, and partner with site quality leaders to close gaps and harmonize processes. This will require a deep understanding of aerospace and defense quality standards, strong program management discipline, and the ability to build trust and influence across geographically distributed teams. If you are someone who can see the big picture of an enterprise quality system while rolling up your sleeves to work through site-level details, thrives on travel and cross-functional collaboration, and brings a risk-based mindset to everything you do, then this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own the cross-site QMS alignment strategy, ensuring all Anduril facilities operate under a consistent, AS9100/ISO 9001-compliant quality management system that supports enterprise-wide certification and customer audit readiness.
  • Conduct structured site assessments and quality maturity evaluations across manufacturing, engineering, and field operations locations to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for standardization.
  • Develop and maintain a site risk register that captures quality system risks by location, tracks mitigation actions, and provides leadership with clear visibility into enterprise-level quality health.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between corporate Quality and site quality teams, facilitating regular engagement cadences, best-practice sharing, and escalation pathways for systemic issues.
  • Lead the rollout of new or revised QMS processes, procedures, and policies across sites, managing change implementation timelines, stakeholder communication, and adoption verification.
  • Partner with Internal Audit, Supplier Quality, and Compliance teams to coordinate audit schedules, align corrective action processes, and ensure findings are resolved consistently across the enterprise.
  • Define and report on enterprise quality metrics and KPIs-such as nonconformance trends, corrective action closure rates, and audit findings by site-to drive data-informed decisions at the leadership level.
  • Build and maintain the governance framework for QMS document control across sites, including process ownership models, revision workflows, and harmonized document hierarchies.
  • Requires up to 50% travel
