We are seeking an experienced Program Manager/Product Manager with strong Healthcare domain expertise and deep knowledge of AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading strategic programs, driving product delivery, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful execution of business and technology initiatives. This role requires exceptional leadership, Agile delivery expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Product Leadership
• Lead end-to-end program execution, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic business objectives.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Drive planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Establish measurable outcomes and ensure realization of business value.
Stakeholder Management
• Build strong relationships with executive leadership, business teams, technology teams, and external partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business and technology stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and key milestones through executive-level reporting.
Agile Delivery Management
• Lead Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, release planning, and prioritization activities.
• Monitor team velocity and delivery metrics to improve program effectiveness.
• Ensure Agile best practices are adopted across teams.
AWS & Technology Leadership
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams leveraging AWS native services and cloud technologies.
• Understand and support cloud-based application modernization initiatives.
• Drive decisions related to cloud adoption, scalability, performance, and operational excellence.
• Partner with technical teams to address risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges.
Healthcare Domain Expertise
• Apply healthcare industry knowledge to support business initiatives and technology solutions.
• Understand healthcare payer, provider, member, claims, and regulatory processes.
• Ensure solutions comply with healthcare industry standards and requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on healthcare technology initiatives.

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
