Summary

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies the Certain Competitive Service / Modified Direct Hire Authority. Duties

Help

  • You will analyze program needs and requirements to support the development and execution of program initiatives, plans, and objectives.
  • You will participate in the development and execution of acquisition strategies, coordinating functional activities necessary to support program requirements and objectives.
  • You will develop and coordinate program documentation, including specifications, requirements, criteria, Statements of Work, and other documentation necessary to support acquisition and program execution.
  • You will assess and coordinate resource requirements, including funding, manpower, facilities, and other resources necessary to support life-cycle program execution.
  • You will coordinate program activities across functional teams and organizations, including acquisition, engineering, logistics, sustainment, contracting, financial management, and other personnel supporting the program.
  • You will monitor program cost, schedule, performance, milestones, and risks; identify actual or potential issues; and recommend corrective actions or adjustments to program plans and schedules.
  • You will prepare and communicate program status, risks, issues, and recommendations to program leadership and other stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

  • This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Functional Area and Tier assigned to the position, along with Continuous Learning (CL) points, are required within established timeframes.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • This is a Security Cooperation Workforce (SCW) position and requires a DoD SCW Certification. Selectee must obtain and maintain certification within prescribed timeframes.


Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1. Communication and Program Coordination: Experience communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with international customers, stakeholders, or cross-functional teams to establish program requirements, coordinate actions, and support the execution of international programs. Experience preparing correspondence, coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and supporting program execution in a collaborative environment. 2. Program Execution: Experience supporting or executing international programs, including familiarity with disclosure requirements, case development, case implementation, and program execution. Experience monitoring program activities, identifying issues, maintaining program documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of assigned programs or projects. 3. Acquisition and Program Management: Experience supporting acquisition programs through activities such as program management, procurement, contracts, engineering, logistics, sustainment, scheduling, or program milestone tracking. Experience reviewing program plans and proposals, developing or coordinating Statements of Work, maintaining program management information, monitoring project performance, identifying risks or problem areas, and supporting contractual procurement and program execution.
