Program Manager - Personnel Security Services

Washington, DC

BruckEdwards is seeking a skilled Program Manager (PM) who is responsible for the overall management, leadership, and performance of personnel security adjudication and support services. The PM serves as the primary interface with the Government, ensuring all personnel security operations, reporting, and deliverables are executed in compliance with federal regulations, contract requirements, and program objectives.

Requirements

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Government personnel.
  • Provide overall program management and oversight for personnel security operations, including staffing, workflow management, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure delivery of all contract requirements including case processing, reporting, system data accuracy, and compliance with timelines.
  • Manage contractor personnel supporting suitability and fitness determinations, background investigations, adjudication support, and reporting.
  • Oversee timely completion of deliverables including pre-adjudication reviews, adjudicator worksheets, and program reporting.
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with federal personnel security regulations and policies.
  • Provide program performance reporting including case volume, adjudication metrics, and investigation aging.
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders and external agencies involved in personnel security operations.
  • Ensure contractor personnel are trained and qualified to perform required functions.
  • Ensure safeguarding of sensitive personnel security information.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
