Here's what you will be doing as a Program Manager:- Coordinating all program activities from contract awards through software and hardware delivery, you are the single point of contact for the customer regarding all aspect of the program.
- You'll have performance responsibility for your program and will regularly deliver status updates to management.
- Direct a matrixed group of people including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Contracts etc.; many of which will be shared resources with other programs.
To be considered for a
Program Manager role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
- Minimum of an BS Degree.
- 5+ years of relevant program management related experience in the aerospace, defense, or other highly engineered manufacturing environments.
- For applicants transitioning from the military, leadership experience in operations, logistics, acquisition, or program management may be considered in lieu of direct industry experience. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-impact initiatives in defense or similarly structured environments is highly valued.
- Demonstrated knowledge in understanding contractual requirements and scope adherence.
- Proven ability to operate under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Some travel may be required.
- Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance is required.

Salary Range Transparency:Buffalo, NY $100,000.00-$112,000.00 Annually
