Job SummarySummary:The "
Program Manager" will be based in
Buffalo Grove, IL reporting to the
Manager of Program Management. In this role, you will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer-focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.
Responsibilities:- Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
- In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
- Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
- Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
- Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
- In charge of customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
- Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
- Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
- Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
- Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.
Qualifications:- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering (related to manufacturing engineering process engineering, or similar).
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in project/ program management.
- Above experience must be out of medical device manufacturing or automotive manufacturing.
- Must be familiar with 3D design and development software and PLM ( Product Lifecycle Management), e.g. reading drawings, GD&P.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Smartsheet

Pay Range (Applicable to Illinois)
$87,300.00 USD - $120,100.00 USD Annual
