Program Manager, Managed Care Palliative Operations

Position: Program Manager, Managed Care Palliative Operations

Remote/Virtual Position: Remote

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000

What You Need to Know

The Program Manager, Managed Care Palliative Operations is responsible for the operational execution, implementation, growth, and performance management of palliative care managed care contracts. This role partners closely with senior leadership, clinical teams, facility partners, payers, and regional operations to ensure successful execution managed care-based initiatives while maintaining high-quality patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

This role will serve as the primary operational lead between Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), AccentCare's Managed Care team, Provider Services Specialists, and clinical palliative teams to ensure contractual requirements are met, eligible patients are successfully scheduled, and performance expectations related to PMPM, SLAs, and KPIs are achieved.
