PROGRAM MANAGER, LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT, Sloan Human Resources , to develop and implement comprehensive learning, leadership, and talent development strategy aligned with Sloan's strategic priorities, future workforce needs, and organizational values; design, deliver, and evaluate learning, leadership, management, career development, and onboarding programs that strengthen organizational capability and leadership effectiveness; develop career frameworks, assessment strategies, coaching resources, and AI-enabled learning initiatives that support employee growth, team effectiveness, and future workforce capabilities; design and lead talent management, succession planning, internal mobility, and rotational development programs that build critical talent pipelines and expand career opportunities; and partner with HR Business Partners, Community Engagement, Sloan Technology Services, leaders, and other stakeholders to develop integrated talent solutions that foster continuous learning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED : Bachelor's degree; a minimum of seven years related experience in consulting and training; experience applying talent management, change management, organizational design and workforce planning principles in large, complex organization; demonstrated ability to assess organizational culture and create and implement appropriate interventions; experience developing and implementing learning and development strategies; designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs; and partnering with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver impactful learning solutions; demonstrate a collaborative approach to accomplish work and the ability to influence cross-functionally through a consultative methodology required; and excellent interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to establish rapport and credibility with a wide range of constituencies in a culturally diverse environment. PREFERRED : Master's degree; and experience in developing training programs, learning materials and delivering classroom training.
