As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are seeking an individual to join our organization as a Program Manager, Lab Operations supporting the Aspen Dental brand. The Program Manager, Lab Operations, will support the coordination and execution of key initiatives across the lab network. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment across departments, maintaining visibility into program progress, and supporting operational consistency through reporting, communication, and process tracking. This is a highly collaborative position that operates behind the scenes to connect stakeholders, track progress, and ensure initiatives move forward efficiently.
Essential Functions, Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts related to Lab Operations initiatives
• Serve as a central point of contact for updates, status tracking, and communication across departments
• Maintain and update program documentation, trackers, and reporting dashboards
• Support leadership with regular updates on progress, risks, and key milestones
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in execution and proactively escalate or address them
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines, expectations, and deliverables
• Assist in developing and standardizing processes to support program scalability
• Prepare materials for leadership reviews, meetings, and program updates
• Support change management efforts by ensuring clear communication and documentation of updates
Qualifications and Preferred Traits:
• 3+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, project support, or similar roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
• Comfortable working with data, reporting, and tracking tools (Excel, Smartsheet, dashboards, etc.)
• Ability to identify issues and proactively propose solutions
• Experience in healthcare, dental, or multi-site operations is a plus
• Highly collaborative and able to influence without direct authority
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping bring structure to evolving programs
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution
• Ability to balance big-picture program goals with day-to-day operational details

Travel Percentage:
Up to 25%
Annual Pay Range: $100-125k
