Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to manage technology transformation program covering multiple projects by establishing governance mechanisms, supervising project teams, overseeing resource management and engaging with client leadership for effective program execution.

Areas of responsibility          Â

Program Governance-Develop and implement program management for transformation programs.

Scope, Schedule, and Configuration Management-"Establish and implement governance frameworks across multiple projects within the program. Monitor adherence to delivery timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.

Resolve issues related to cost, scope, and schedule through structured governance reviews."

Resource/Team Management-Supervise teams with direct reporting from project members. Oversee day-to-day resource management, capacity planning, and performance management oversight to ensure efficient delivery execution.

Quality & Risk Management -Establish risk tracking mechanisms, propose mitigation plans, and engage with stakeholders to address risks.

Business transformation-"Build delivery accelerators and deliver complex technology programs to enable achievement of business transformational goals.

Ensure project efficiency and optimization initiatives through coordination with cross functional team and multiple vendors for seamless delivery and operational synergy."

Program Change Management-Manage change requests by facilitating impact analysis, planning change management meetings and ensure updating of relevant change control documentation for appropriate tracking and monitoring.

Stakeholder Management-Engage with CIOs, VPs, Directors, and other senior stakeholders as part of steering and governance meetings to report program progress and align on key milestones.

Thought Leadership Support organizational initiatives by contributing to industry research, knowledge-sharing sessions, and internal publications.

Mandatory Skills: OT Device Management for IoT.

Experience: >10 YEARS.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $220,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
