Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and highly organized Program Manager to lead and coordinate projects-a strategic initiative central to our organization's innovation and growth roadmap. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all project phases, ensuring that objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and in accordance with defined quality standards.

The Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, external partners, and senior leadership, driving accountability, mitigating risks, and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive project plan for the project.

Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, product, quality, marketing, and operations) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Define clear project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

Monitor and control project performance using appropriate tools and KPIs to ensure alignment with goals.

Identify potential risks and issues; develop mitigation plans and contingency strategies.

Prepare and deliver regular progress updates, presentations, and reports to executive stakeholders.

Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Maintain documentation related to project planning, execution, change control, and compliance.

Ensure that the project adheres to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Project Management Certification is strongly preferred.

Experience:

15+ years of project management experience in complex, cross-functional, and multi-phase projects.

Proven experience managing projects in the automotive, manufacturing, or technology sectors.

Previous experience with product development or innovation-led projects is a plus.
