Job Description:
LeapPoint is seeking a Program Manager to manage delivery and implementation of our vision of Connected Work® for the world's biggest brands, where we help clients optimize their content supply chain by strategically integrating people, processes, and Adobe technology to address board-level challenges and fuel marketing transformation at an unprecedented pace. In this role, you will help our clients by aligning their teams with organizational strategies, transparently conveying business and ROI costs, and building a well-integrated technology stack to jumpstart their digital transformation.

As a Program Manager at LeapPoint, you will have the opportunity for:
Client Relationship Management: build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction, alignment, and successful outcomes
Program Planning & Execution: develop and oversee detailed program plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of content supply chain solutions, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
Lead Digital Transformation: spearhead digital transformation initiatives and develop strategic business plans that drive revenue growth, cost reductions, and increase profitability
Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with internal teams (e.g., Strategy, Sales, Workfront, AEM) and external stakeholders to align on goals, scope, and milestones, resolve roadblocks, and ensure successful delivery of content supply chain solutions tailored to client needs
Budgeting: develop, manage, and report on project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery, while maintaining quality and client expectations
Resource Management: allocate and schedule internal resources, balance workloads to prevent bottlenecks, and adjust plans to ensure optimal productivity and project success
Performance Monitoring: track program progress, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to leadership and clients on milestones, challenges, and successes
Process Optimization: identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, enhance client experiences, and scale program efficiency

The following skills will set you up for success:
5+ years of program management experience leading complex implementations of multiple SaaS platforms
Experience in Adobe content supply chain solutions and GenAI preferred
Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex digital transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes using methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or PMI
Exceptional client-facing skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and grow strategic partnerships and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated experience creating and managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and optimizing resource allocation
Primary experience in managing projects related to two or more workstreams (Workfront, AEM, SaaS integration, process optimization, etc.)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience delivering presentations, status reports, and training sessions Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Results-driven, adaptable, and collaborative, with a passion for driving innovation and impact
Track record of successfully navigating things that haven't been done before and thriving in ambiguity
Certifications: PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Adobe Workfront Certified Project Manager a plus

Compensation: The salary range listed is provided for informational purposes only. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee. Range: $160,000 - $205,000
