Full Job Description
Graham Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a mission-critical Federal program. This position will serve in a dual-capacity role, providing project management leadership while also supporting operational, analytical, and program requirements across multiple task areas. The Project Manager will coordinate personnel, schedules, deliverables, quality, and stakeholder requirements while helping ensure successful execution of contract objectives.

Location: Arlington, VA / Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day management and execution of program requirements across assigned task areas
  • Coordinate personnel, schedules, deliverables, priorities, and Government requirements
  • Serve as a primary interface with Government stakeholders and support resolution of operational and performance issues
  • Monitor contract performance, schedules, staffing, risks, quality, and deliverable requirements
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, action trackers, risk logs, and other program management artifacts
  • Coordinate activities across multiple functional areas and ensure requirements are properly assigned, monitored, and completed
  • Support development and implementation of quality control processes
  • Review reports, briefings, analyses, and other deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
  • Track Government taskings, due-outs, milestones, and corrective actions through completion
  • Support staffing, onboarding, workforce coordination, and continuity of operations
  • Participate in Government meetings, program reviews, working groups, and stakeholder engagements
  • Prepare and present program status, risks, issues, accomplishments, and recommendations to leadership
  • Ensure project activities remain within authorized contract scope
  • Support operational planning, analysis, reporting, and other mission requirements
  • Maintain effective communication among Government, contractor, and other program stakeholders
Required Skills:

Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience supporting Federal, DoD, military, program management, operations, policy, administration, analysis, or compliance activities
  • Demonstrated project or program management experience supporting multiple workstreams, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholders
  • Experience working directly with Government customers and senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing project performance, risks, schedules, quality, and deliverables
  • Experience preparing status reports, executive briefings, project schedules, and management documentation

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Social Science, or related field

Clearance:
  • Active Top Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance

Certifications / Tools:
  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Project management and task tracking tools

Skills:
  • Strong project and program management capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

  • Previous Federal or DoD program experience

Certifications / Tools:
  • PMP certification
  • Experience with Federal or DoD task management systems
