Full Job Description
Role Purpose

The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating corporate governance, executive management process, and enterprise program delivery. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the role serves as an operational backbone to the leadership team, helping ensure the company operates with discipline, transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making as it scales.

The Program Manager will translate strategic priorities into coordinated execution plans, maintain visibility into progress and risks, and support the governance and operating disciplines required for growth, regulatory readiness, and client delivery. The role is expected to expand in scope and seniority as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Govern enterprise programs and strategic initiatives by maintaining integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and accountabilities.
  • Establish consistent program governance, reporting standards, and escalation processes across the organization.
  • Manage executive operating processes and cadence, including leadership meetings, management reporting, planning, and performance tracking.
  • Support the COO and leadership team in driving organizational alignment, execution discipline, and timely decision-making.
  • Recommend improvements to governance, operating processes, organizational effectiveness, and program delivery.
