Full Job Description
The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time Program Manager for F15 Qatar Intrusion Detection Systems (NH-1101-03) to work for the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/ESS) at Hanscom AFB, MA.

Qualifications/Requirements:

In this role, you will be responsible for activities in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) acquisition efforts, serving as an Acquisition Program Manager to provide technical leadership and deliver intrusion detection systems (IDS), system sustainment, and monitoring capabilities to applicable partner nations.

U.S. Citizenship is required.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

This position is covered by the Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) and requires the ability to meet Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification requirements.

The position is eligible for situational telework but is NOT eligible for remote/full-time telework.

Requires specialized experience that is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12) or equivalent.

Acquisition Program Management: Serve as an Acquisition Program Manager, managing Letters of Offer Acceptance, and executing the budget appropriately.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to deliver intrusion detection systems, system sustainment, and monitoring capabilities.

Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple projects and over 60 stakeholders at the unit, COCOM, AFSAC, SAF/IA, and partner nation levels.

Technical Oversight: Provide technical oversight of the development, design, installation, test, and sustainment acquisition phases.
