Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary interface with the DHS OCIO COR, HSIN program leadership, and designated Government stakeholders.
Manage contract performance across project management, product management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, governance, change management, transition, and reporting workstreams.
Develop, maintain, and deliver the PMP, Staffing Plan, Knowledge Plan, Project Milestone Roadmp, Activity Status Reports, RAMR inputs, and PMR materials.
Lead risk, issue, dependency, decision, and action item management using DHS-approved tools such as Teams, Project, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
Ensure deliverables are produced within scope, schedule, and cost while meeting DHS standards, privacy, security, CUI handling, Section 508, configuration, and compliance requirements.
Support onboarding, transition-in, staffing continuity, security processing coordination, and knowledge transfer activities.
Qualifications
