The Program Manager, Corporate Leadership, helps oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of leadership development programs for corporate clients, ensuring a high-quality experience from initial engagement through program execution. The position cultivates and maintains relationships with corporate clients, Leadership Education Fellows, subject matter experts, third-party vendors, and internal AUSA stakeholders to support program growth, participant engagement, and exceptional client service. This position works collaboratively with and reports to the Center for Leadership's Senior Program Manager, who oversees all Corporate Leadership Programs and client engagement.
The Program Manager, Corporate Leadership handles program management, client engagement, business development support, marketing and communications, event planning, and operational logistics, aiming to increase the AUSA Corporate Leadership Program impact across corporate clients and the financial health of AUSA.

- Manage end-to-end administration of contracting for Leadership Education Fellows and subject matter experts for their program facilitation and participation.
- Process facilitator reimbursements and maintain accurate program records.
- Develop and maintain program materials including facilitation slides, digital programs, participant surveys, summary reports and other program assets.
- Create and manage project plans, production schedules, and key milestones to ensure successful program delivery.
- Support the development of new interactive workshops based on client need.
- Identify and engage Leadership Education Fellows and subject matter experts for client programs.
- Collect, analyze, and report on participant feedback and program data to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare executive summaries, program reports, and stakeholder communications for clients and senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve program quality and increase impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships across AUSA, working closely with Finance, Marketing, Meetings, Membership and other internal teams.
Client Engagement and Business Development
- Support and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Assist in identifying and cultivating new client partnerships to expand the reach and impact of the AUSA Corporate Leadership Program.
- Identify opportunities to increase client engagement, program participation, and long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Leadership Education Fellows, facilitators, and subject matter experts who support program delivery.
Marketing
- Develop written content highlighting the Corporate Leadership Program engagements for AUSA digital publications and social media channels.
- Support ongoing landing page maintenance and enhancement to include up-to-date content, testimonials, videos, and promotional assets.
- Assist with event photography, videography, and storytelling efforts that showcase program impact and support business development activities.
Event Planning and Logistics
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of programming and experiential learning events.
- Identify and procure audiovisual, transportation, catering, and venue requirements as needed.
- Partner with clients and third-party vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Develop detailed event timelines and run-of-show documents.
- Manage permitting and compliance requirements for off-site and experiential learning activities.
- Create clear and engaging "Know Before You Go" communications for participants, facilitators, and staff.
- Provide onsite event support to ensure a high-quality participant experience and successful program delivery as required.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Three to five years of experience in corporate leadership and education, project management, event planning, client services, or a related field.
- Experience supporting a growing program, business line, start-up initiative, or business development efforts.
- Knowledge of curriculum development, participant engagement, or adult learning design principles.
- Experience with marketing communications, content development, or event promotion.
- Familiarity with the defense industry or military community.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
