Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Contract Program Manager to serve as the embedded delivery engine for our client's NextGen CRM transformation - a multi-year, multi-market initiative migrating ~2,800 commercial and medical field force users onto Veeva Vault CRM across the US, Japan, Canada, UK, and EU, alongside a US MDM modernization from Semarchy to Reltio.
Reporting to the internal Program Lead (who holds overall program accountability), this role will operate as the day-to-day execution authority - running the PMO, driving SI and vendor coordination, managing workstream delivery across CRM and MDM tracks, and ensuring all stakeholder touchpoints are prepared, documented, and followed through. This is a hands-on delivery role, not a strategic oversight role.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Vault CRM / Veeva practitioner who can hit the ground running, work independently with minimal direction, and bring structured discipline to a complex, globally distributed program. Strong Veeva platform knowledge is essential - this person will be the day-to-day counterpart to the implementation partner and delivery team. Must be able to hold them accountable on technical and delivery matters.

The Program Lead is accountable for all decisions that affect program scope, budget, and business outcomes.
The Contract PM is responsible for executing against that direction - translating program strategy into structured delivery, keeping workstreams on track, managing the SI day-to-day, and surfacing risks and issues to the Program Lead for resolution. - Support wave planning logistics for the phased rollout
- Coordinate testing governance: track SIT, UAT, and regression progress across Vault CRM escalate blockers and defect triage status to the Program Lead.
