What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Parsons and Government stakeholders.
  • Provide overall leadership, direction, management, and oversight for all contract activities.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team supporting Security, Human Resources, and Judge Advocate directorates.

  • Establish and maintain effective communication with Government directors, technical representatives, and contracting personnel.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute the Program Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Quality Control Plan, and transition plans.
  • Monitor program performance, cost, schedule, staffing, risks, issues, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present monthly status reports, program briefings, performance updates, and other required deliverables.
  • Identify emerging technical, personnel, contractual, and resource risks and proactively communicate recommended solutions.
  • Coordinate transition-in and transition-out activities to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Support contract financial and business processes while ensuring compliance with applicable Federal, Department of Defense, and Air Force requirements.
  • Lead kickoff meetings, recurring technical and management reviews, program governance activities, and customer engagements.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that supports employee development, knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Experience within the past 5 years performing contract financial monitoring, performance monitoring, and metrics-based program management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, staffing plans, and customer relationships.
  • Experience developing and managing program plans, risk registers, schedules, deliverables, and corrective-action plans.
