Minimum QualificationsSeven years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus four years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR
A bachelor's degree plus four years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR
An advanced degree or a Juris Doctorate plus three years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties and Other InformationJob Duties:- Lead quality assurance and improvement activities for Section 1115 Demonstration Waivers and integrated care programs to ensure compliance and achievement of performance goals
- Identify, develop, and monitor key performance measures and reports to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Analyze data, reports, and trends to detect compliance issues and develop actionable recommendations to improve quality of care and outcomes
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans, tracking the effectiveness of corrective and preventative strategies and revising as needed
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timely completion of required reports and plans
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies, standard operating procedures, and audit tools to support quality monitoring, evaluation, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee contractors and lead quality reviews, including audits and assessments, ensuring deliverables meet federal and state requirements and support high-quality program performance
