Opportunity Overview

The Program Manager - Defense & Aerospace will lead high-impact programs supporting military and aerospace customers, ensuring seamless execution across scope, schedule, and cost. This role serves as a strategic integrator, working closely with Sales and external customers and integrating customer needs across engineering and operations to drive program success and uphold Teradyne's standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities include:
• Lead planning, execution, and closure of complex Defense & Aerospace programs aligned with Teradyne's program lifecycle framework.
• Collaborate with Sales on proposal development and program capture strategies.
• Conduct detailed contract reviews to assess scope, risk, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), identifying critical paths and mitigating risks.
• Build strong cross-functional alignment across global teams to ensure cohesive, timely execution.
• Monitor program performance using industry-standard tools; initiate corrective actions to maintain program health.
• Deliver concise executive-level program updates and customer communications.
• Sustain a culture of urgency, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel of 10% or less.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience

• Familiarity with Salesforce, PLM systems, and ERP platforms.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $111.600-$178,600. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: Eligible for discretionary bonus based on financial performance.
