We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Program Manager who will lead cross-functional product initiatives from planning through execution. As a Program Management Consultant, you will partner with financial services product teams to drive structured delivery, orchestrate dependencies, lead governance cadences, track program health, and translate product strategy into actionable execution plans. You will maintain program clarity, align priorities, and ensure outcomes are measured, organized, and communicated effectively across large, cross-functional environments.
Requirements- Own program delivery from planning through execution, aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals and outcomes.
- Build and manage program artifacts including schedules, dependencies, resource alignment, risks, and deliverable tracking.
- Lead governance cadences such as program standups, leadership checkpoints, risk escalations, retros, and KPI reporting.
- Track and communicate program health including risks, blockers, progress, and milestone readiness.
- Translate product strategy into actionable program execution plans with clear ownership and measurable success criteria.
- Drive structured, insightful communications for product leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Support audit-ready organization of program evidence and documentation in regulated environments.
- Eliminate ambiguity and misalignment by influencing, connecting, and unblocking distributed product teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and client partners to ensure continuity and trusted collaboration across engagements.
