Astrion has an exciting opportunity fora Program Management Analysta located at either our corporate offices in Huntsville, AL, Arlington, VA or Shalimar, FL.aAstrion is seeking aaProgram Management Analyst to support program execution, contract deliverables, and program administrationaina government customer environment. The Program Management Analyst will apply professional judgment to coordinate deliverable development, track contract requirements, analyze program information, support management reporting, and recommend improvements that help ensure program performance aligns with the contract Performance Work Statement, customer expectations, and Astrion standards.a
This role supports the preparation, review, routing, and submission of program deliverablesain accordance withathe PWS, contract schedules, applicable CDRLs or data calls, internal quality expectations, and customer direction. The position requires strong organization, sound judgment, professional communication, and the ability to coordinate across technical, administrative, finance, contracts, and customer-facing stakeholders.a
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

- Bachelor's degree in business, managementor a related field, or equivalent experience, with 2-4 years of relevant program, project, contract, business operations, or government customer support experience.a
- Experience coordinating work products, tracking requirements,preparingor reviewing management deliverables, and using independent judgment to support program execution.a
- Ability to prepare, review, format, and track professional deliverablesain accordance withacontract instructions, PWS requirements, and customer deadlines.a
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, suspense dates, and documentation requirements.a
- Proficiencyawith Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams or similar collaboration platforms.a
- Ability to collect and organize information from multiple stakeholders and convert it into clear reports, trackers, briefings, and status updates.a
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to support customer-facing materials with accuracy and professionalism.a
- Attention to detail and ability tomaintainaccuraterecords, action logs, deliverable trackers, and program files.a
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven government contracting environment.a
- Ability to follow company policies, contract requirements, and applicable federal compliance expectations.a
- S. citizenship, security clearance eligibility, or an active clearance may berequiredif specified by the contract.a
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Prior experience supporting Department of Defense, federal civilian, or other government contract programs.a
- Familiarity with Performance Work Statements, CDRLs, contract deliverable schedules, data calls, and program management reporting rhythms.a
- Experience supporting program reviews, integrated product teams, customer meetings, or recurring contract status briefings.a
- Experiencemaintainingaction item trackers, risk/issue logs, staffing trackers, deliverable matrices, or program dashboards.a
- Familiarity with SharePoint, MicrosoftPlanner, Project,or similar program coordination tools.a
- Experience coordinating across program management, contracts, finance, procurement, security, and HR functions.a
- Project Management Professional certification
- Active security clearance, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide program support to the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and functional leads in the execution of contract requirements.a
- Coordinate and support preparation of contract deliverablesain accordance withathe PWS, contract schedules, CDRLs, data calls, and customer deadlines.a
- Prepare, format, quality check, and route reports, briefings, meeting materials, action item trackers, status updates, and other program documentation.a
- Maintain program calendars, deliverable trackers, action item logs, meeting notes, risk and issue registers, and other program control tools.a
- Support program administration activities, including meeting coordination, records management, task tracking, correspondence control, and internal/external communication flow.a
- Monitor due dates, suspense items, and contract reporting requirements; communicate upcoming deadlines and help resolve coordination gaps.a
- Collect, organize, andvalidateprogram data from multiple stakeholders to support recurring reports, management reviews, customer updates, and performance metrics.a
- Assistin preparing monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc program management deliverables, ensuring products areaccurate, complete,timely, and aligned to contract requirements.a
- Analyze program information andidentifytrends, risks, issues, or administrative process gaps that may affect deliverable quality, timeliness, or contract performance.a
- Support internal program reviews by compiling status inputs related to schedule, staffing, deliverables, risks, issues, actions, and customer priorities.a
- Coordinate with contracts, finance, procurement, security, HR, and other support functions to aid effective program operations.a
- Maintain audit-ready program files, documentation repositories, version control practices, and recordsin accordance withcompany and contract requirements.a
- Supportprogramonboarding, staffing coordination, access requests, meetinglogistics, and other administrative processesrequiredfor program execution.a
- Protect sensitive, proprietary, controlled unclassified, and customer informationin accordance withcompany policy, contract requirements, and applicable federal regulations.a
- Perform other program support duties as assigned, consistent with the contract scope and Astrion business needs.a
