Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2-3+ years of experience in financial analyst or similar finance roles
• Experience in a project-based or program management environment preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modelling, pivot tables, complex formulas)
• Strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (accruals, invoicing, month-end close)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program budgets and financial forecasts
• Track and report on program spending, comparing actuals to budget and identifying variances
• Analyze financial data to identify risks, opportunities, and trends for program leadership
• Manage procurements, SOWs, accruals, invoicing, and financial reconciliation processes
