Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 year(s) of experience in the field or in a related area OR PhD Degree in Biological, Natural Resource, and Environmental Sciences
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat


Duties:

Responsible for facilitating collaboration and engagement with partners to support the co production of science agendas, strategic plans, and priority setting materials; develop and lead evaluation protocols to ensure efficient and effective center operations and that work products are meeting EOs and SOs; lead AI and machine learning integration.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple research projects and science delivery activities 40%
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with partners and project teams 30%
  • Prepare project documentation and communicate progress to supervisors and leadership 20%
  • Support translation and dissemination of scientific findings to managers and stakeholders 10%

Other:
  • Overnight travel: Potential for occasional travel for meetings
  • Air travel anticipated: If needed, 1-2 times per year
