Program Director (PT, OT, SLP, RN) - Acute Rehabilitation Unit

Full-time

Wage scale: $140,000 -$160,000 per year

How youll contribute

  • The incumbent shall be responsible for the total operation of the rehabilitation program. The incumbent plans, directs and coordinates program activities to ensure that company and client goals are met. The incumbent shall also be accountable for and contribute to program development, quality improvement and problem solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion.

    • Lead program staffing, team supervision, and staff development across the interdisciplinary team.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and quality care practices.
    • Drive operational efficiency, including oversight of budgets, referrals, and admissions processes.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and promote a high level of customer service.
    • Support quality management initiatives and participate in safety and performance improvement activities.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a candidate with a current California license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Registered Nurse (RN), along with demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare or human services setting. Additional qualifications include:

  • Proven management experience and/or a strong rehabilitation background
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience working with a geriatric or disabled population (preferred)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficiency with computers and current technology
