This is an exciting opportunity to join the Raytheon Global Patriot Finance team supporting the Kuwait and Bahrain Patriot programs within the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area. The successful candidate will collaborate with key Program Leaders, Engineering, Supply Chain and Accounting. Specifically, the selected individual will support the management of cost control/EVMS, EACs, IOTs and overall financial execution of the program for Upgrade, Spares and in-country Technical Assistance Programs. This unique position will interface with the Program Manager and in-country leads to support the TA and PMO staff operating in Bahrain and Kuwait through the RAYSEAS subsidiary.

The program is seeking somebody who possesses strong problem-solving skills, and is an effective communicator. This position requires the ability to work independently, multitask and work on several different program issues concurrently as part of a small core finance team.

This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity and is based on the needs of the business. The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to Tewksbury, MA. Relocation is not being offered.

What You Will Do
  • As a critical member of the finance team, this candidate will be responsible to support of financial control and compliance
  • Perform monthly financial cost reconciliation and perform analyses to ensure that contracts are performed within contract agreed-to parameters
  • Complete quarterly EAC's, ensuring transparency and accurate reporting for in country operations
  • Maintain accurate records for Budget and EAC tracking to ensure adequate funding is available using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
  • Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensures all changes are incorporated into control systems
  • Partner with Patriot Product Line teams, LADS Program Management Offices, Supply Chain, and other cross business teams
  • Manage all IOTs and revise as needed


Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study and less than 2 years relevant working experience
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting and/or variance analysis
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
